Monthly Meeting Minutes

Treasurer’s Report
- Current balance as of September 5th is $12,128.50
- All registration deposits are due by the first practice.
League Minutes:
- Season Rosters are due by October 1st.
- $100 Commitment fee per team is due at the next league meeting.
- Youth and Middle School teams will now be split into an A and B Division. (Easton Youth is Division A; Easton Middle School is Division B)
- JV level will play 15 games this season. Youth and Middle School will play 14 games this season.
- CPR Instruction is being offered to all coaches on October 5th.
- The League Bylaws have been amended (1) to allow for 8th graders to play at the Middle School level, regardless of travel play; and (2) to eliminate the draft at the JV Level.
Old Business:
- Easton will not have a Varsity Team in this 2013-14 season.
- Four (4) practices have been scheduled at Lehigh Valley with Youth, Middle School and JV sharing the ice.
New Business
- There are currently no refunds due to prospective Varsity players.
- Uniform orders are due at signups. Contact Jeff Fretz for info.
- Fundraising will begin in November when the Mites program starts.
- 50/50 drawings will be held at JV, Middle School and Youth home games.
- Season practices will be held at Bethlehem Muni on Tuesday evenings with all Easton teams practicing on the same night. Mites will share the ice with the Nazareth Mites program on a different day.
- Jeff will order Easton Ice Hockey jackets for all rostered coaches. Jackets in the $50 price range will be selected, with the Club covering the cost.
- The Club will consider purchasing bumpers for the Mites to use when practicing at Bethlehem Muni if the calendar fundraiser goes well.
