Monthly Meeting Minutes

Treasurer’s Report: Chris Guarino

• Balance as of 5/9/12 of $9,427.19.  This includes club dues in the amount of $1,350 for the 2012/13 season.

Old Business:

• Roverfest date has been changed to Sunday, June 3^rd at Easton Area High School.  The Club will be selling slices of pizza ($2.00) and cold soda.  EIHC hats will also be available for purchase.  Registration packets and club brochures will be available at the stand.  Volunteers will be asked to work the booth for two hour shifts.
• Justin has explored the possibility of on-line registrations and it has been determined that for a club our size it will be too expensive.  He has a meeting scheduled with another service to see if they are able to offer a $10-15.00/registration fee.  It may be best to just offer an “e-form.”

New Business:

• Signature cards have been updated.
• The Club will proceed with having EIHC signs made up and displayed on player’s yard throughout the area as a means of recruiting new players.
• It is too early to determine practice times for each level.

Please note that there are no monthly meetings in June or July.  The next meeting will be on Wednesday, August 8 at 7:00pm at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church.
