Treasurer’s Report

• A report was not available as Angela Amoroso, Treasurer, was out of town on business
• Concerns with online credit card payments were addressed.  The new system is only able to take full season payments, or payment plan payments.  Not able to make alternative or unscheduled payments within the system.

League Minutes:

• First League invoices have been mailed and should have been paid by each team.
• Fines have been imposed on several teams for improper score sheets.
• Mouthpieces must be properly worn by players and will be enforced by game officials.  Will check into whether or not goalies are required to wear mouthpiece.

Old Business:

• Bethlehem Muni is scheduled to open on November 27th.  Easton will double up on ice time to make up for time lost by delay of rink opening.
• Pictures are scheduled for Youth, Middle School and JV Teams on December 3, beginning at 6pm; and Mites on December 8 beginning at 4:45pm.

New Business

• The Coupon Book fundraiser will begin shortly.  Each player will be given one book and order form, and are asked to sell at least 3 books.  The Club can make $8/book on this fundraiser, so all are asked to participate.  Incentives may be offered for those players selling the most books.
• The online sportswear sale will open soon.  The “store” will be open for about two weeks.  Jeff will send out an email when the sale begins.
• A motion to purchase foam dividers for the Mites to use at Bethlehem Muni with the Nazareth program, was made and unanimously passed.  Each program will contribute $684.50 toward the dividers, and they will remain property of these two teams, and not Beth Muni.
• The possibility of having players fees for the end of year banquet will be looked into, depending on the year-end balance.
