Old business
Possibility of moving the Alumni game moving to earlier in Year. Reviewed past
games : will get back to it, more time to sell tickets and more tickets to hand
out.
Janet looking into Chik-fil-a or coupon books for fundraiser.
Memo of understanding on website for travel players
Coaches need their certification- USA hockey website , by the season start.
New business
There was a coaches meeting in June to discuss teams:
7 jv- 8-10 Grades
4 v
We are going to have to scratch the v team :Asking about 11th graders
13 sept – draft $15 fee and will be at Lehigh Valley
15 middle signed up
14 youth signed up
Pete and Matt will be named jv coaches
2nd week of Sept practice will start at Lehigh valley then in mid October we
will switch to Beth muni: All teams will practice on the same day at Beth Muni
1 hr at lhv
1.5 at Beth muni (2 hrs at Beth Muni when Mites start in November)
Jv and middle will practice together
Week of Xmas and new yrs off- no practice
Tuesday 630 is tentative time for practice - Monday and Wed are possibilities
Discussed setting a registration deadline for next year with a late penalty for returning
players.
