JV: 3 (Jeff and Michelle McCann, Dawn Cavanaugh)

MS: 5 (John Stana, Tim Trout, Bryan Holzmacher, Kyle Schultz, Suzanne Kozischek)

Youth: 2 (Sonya Bertelsen, Matt Donovan)

Coaches: 3 (Kevin Wasielewksi, Geoff Richards, Justin Fretz)

Treasurer's Report:

• Current     balance as of 2-Aug-2017 is $7,358.75.

League Minutes:

• None at this time.

• Next league meeting is Tuesday, 8-Aug-2017.

Old Business:

• None at this time.

New Business:

• Registration is needed by 15-Sep-2017, otherwise a late fee maybe be charged.

• Credit card is preferred payment method however cash option is available.     

• We will have the following teams: mites, youth, middle school.

• JV team may be possible if we will have 9 players plus a goalie.

• We need to confirm if we will have a JV team by 7-Aug-2017 so that we can declare a team 8-Aug-2017.

• JV fee would be $600 games only; $700 if want practice time.    

• If we declare and don’t have a team it will be a $500 league charge.

• Middle school 8th graders can play up if have 9 on JV roster.

• Geoff will post information on Easton FB page to promote JV team.

• Practice time for youth and middle school will be Tuesdays, 7:45 pm and will alternate 1 hour first week then 1.5 hours following week.

• If JV team is confirmed, we will need to determine if practice time     will be schedule or only have games.

• Mites will split ice with Nazareth again on Sundays.

• We will see if Jeff Fretz will do the uniforms again this year.    

• Need uniforms orders by end August.

The Board was elected: Jeff McCann nominate the following:

• Matt Donovan President

• Jim Perry Vice President

• Sonya     Bertelsen - Treasurer

• Suzanne Kozischek – Secretary

• John Stana League representative; Kevin Wasielewski will be alternate

All accepted the positions.

Coaches:

• We will need a middle school head coach.

• Justin will be youth head coach.

• Geoff said we will have a goalie coach.     

• Justin will put together a coaches meeting.

• Michelle McCann will coach mites
