Treasurer’s Report:
Account balance is $10,214.90. 87% of regular fees have been collected. A profit of $184.00 was earned from the second sportswear sale.
League Minutes: January 2, 2013
The 3rd of 4 invoices for League fees was sent out to all clubs. Referee fees will increase next season. A makeup Middle School game has been scheduled for February 4 with Emmaus; the date for the February 22 Youth game has been changed to February 19. (EIHC website calendar reflects these changes)

Old Business:
· Dawn Cavanuagh will take care of the awards for the banquet. Chris Guarino will try to schedule the banquet at the end of March at the Green Pond Country Club.
· Jeff will contact Steel Ice to contract a date for the Alumni Game, possibly in early April.
New Business
· There was some discussion as to the amount of ice time travel players would be charged for when their travel practice falls on the same day as EIHC practice. The discussion concerned allotting for travel time between rinks. A decision was tabled until more were present at the meeting.
· Team level awards were discussed. It has been recommended that Mite/Youth receive a “Rookie” trophy at the completion of their first year and a medal for each year they return. Youth Level will also have “Most Valuable Player” and “Most Improved Player” awards. Middle School and Varsity players will have MVP, MIP awards, as well as a Rover Award to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey.
· The coaches from the Nazareth Mite team have approached Easton about sharing the cost of a padded barrier to be used for the Mite level cross ice practice/games at Bethlehem Municipal Ice Rink, as the rink does not have one. Nazareth coaches will contact USA Hockey to see if one can be provided for Beth Muni.
