Meeting was brought to order at 7:05p by Jeff Fretz

5 members present.

Treasurer’s report – Club balance of $2850.36. We still have a bill for Beth Muni (Justin will check on amount). We also have to pay for banquet and awards. Angela says there is about $2800 in players fees yet to be collected.

League report – Discussed the possibility of switching leagues due to some of the issues with the LVSHL. Noted that we are on a by-law committee that will work through the summer to fix some of the ‘grey areas’ of the current by-laws.

Old business – Nothing to discuss (Feb. meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum)

New business – Jeff expressed need for more volunteers, especially board members. Board members must be able to make club meetings on a regular basis. We have two parents who are interested; Jeff McCann and Grahm Simmons. We discussed where to place them that would be the most beneficial to everyone, will be decided at April meeting. Jeff will contact Dawn Cavanaugh to see if she is still interested in the Secretary position. Youth tournament cancelled due to lack of teams, Middle School tournament still on as scheduled. We will try to make up game with Parkland Youth.
