Monthly Meeting Minutes

Treasurer’s Report:

Current balance is $12,240, with 83% of fees collected to date.  There are still League fees and ice times to be paid for this season.

League Minutes: 

• All Coaching Modules must be complete by 12/31/12
• Service Electric will televise 7 games for the League.

Old Business:

• Team/individual pictures have been taken by Fisk Camera, with the exception of Varsity.  A later date (game day) will be set up for the Varsity team.
• Chris Guarino will send an email to all Varsity seniors reminding them of the Senior Bond requirement.  All seniors are required to submit a check in the amount of $250 to be held by the Club.  All checks will be returned to the players, if not needed, at the end of the season.
• The merchandise ordered at the second sportswear sale should be in before the holidays.

New Business

• There has been some question regarding the billing of travel players.  All travel players will be charged for all ice times (practices and games) that do not conflict with their travel team responsibilities.
• We will try to set up a date in March 2013 at Steel Ice for the Alumni Game.
