Treasurer’s Report: Balance as of 7/22/2018 is $12,687.19.

League Business:

• Declare teams at league meeting on August 7th – Youth, MS & Varsity. (JV TBD by August 15th deadline based on registrations.)
  • Phillipsburg will have a MS team this season, which will impact our numbers.
  • Discussed possibility of a 2nd Youth team depending on registration numbers. TBD

Business Discussed:

• Stick time
  • Matt looking into setting up additional EIHC stick times in August/September for $10/participant.

  • Open/in-progress
• Coaches
  • Clinics at Lehigh in September (Matt sent info to John)
  • Head coach commitments needed.
• Season practice times
  • Sonya blocked out time at Beth Municipal
    • 1 hour for Y/MS every Tuesday
    • 1 hour for JV/V every other Tuesday.
• Uniforms
  • No current stock with Jeff Fretz.
    • Advanced ordering discussed again and agreed upon.
      • Shirts, socks, logos.
• Web
  • Point Streak going away
    • EIHC will keep financials with Point Streak through this season since in progress.
    • Possible replacements being evaluated by Ron Slate

        • Team websites $1086
        • Club website $586
        • Can set up Admin groups and accept payments.
      • Team Stuff
        • UK based site $599
      • Blue Sombrero
        • No cost, includes registration function
        • Nazareth has moved to Blue Sombrero.
      • Team parent or coach would run for each team.

  • High school recognition requires teacher sponsorship for club.

  • Bryan and Ron to discuss earlier launch and schedule for events this season.

    • Sam’s Club weekend scheduled in October.
